Jorge Bakarat became a coffee grower by chance more than 30 years ago. Over the years, he overcame the challenges of climate, water shortages and found his own way of producing what he calls dense coffees, which requires specific care, since the space between the coffee roots is smaller. Throughout the three decades of experience, Jorge has learnt a lot about quality processing and has worked hard to develop and grow special experimental lots, such as this incredible one.
With a green grape acidity and a smooth milk chocolate sweetness, this is an incredibly easy to drink drop, suited to all brew methods.
