At Old Spike, we believe exceptional specialty coffee and measurable impact belong together. We roast in Brixton, sourcing distinctive coffees from producers all around the world. Every bag helps fund our Barista Training and Employment Programme, which creates practical routes into work for people experiencing homelessness.

The Conduit is a place where quality matters. Its food, drink, and hospitality are all carefully considered, so the coffee has to be specialty.
We work closely with producers to source rare single origins and build smooth, dependable blends. Each coffee is carefully roasted to bring out the best in its flavour.

Great coffee, served well
Great beans are only half the job. The rest is how they're made at the bar, cup after cup, across every service. That's why our wholesale partnership goes a little further.
Training at every level. Our modular, in-person training takes baristas from foundational skills through to advanced technique.
The right set-up. We supply high-quality coffee equipment, show teams how to use it, and fine-tune the set-up. We can also advise on bar design and workflow, so every space works as hard as it can. If something goes wrong, our engineering partners provide quick, reliable machine support.
Support for the business. From seasonal promotions to pricing and menu development, we help partners turn good coffee into a stronger part of their offering.
Making impact visible
Our partnership also gives The Conduit another way to put its values into practice.
Through our employment programme, trainees gain hospitality skills, paid work experience and support into employment. Our Impact Dashboard and regular Impact Reports make the results of choosing Old Spike visible, showing the real impact behind every purchase.
