We are a little different to most businesses. As our whole purpose is built around our mission to suppor the homeless, we are formally set up as a community interest company which means we reinvest a whopping 65% of our profits towards our social impact.

Referral Partner
We work with a number of referral partners to ensure we are able to deliver training at scale.
Taster Day
Our taster days provide an opportunity to establish our wider programme suitability for candidates.
Barista Training
For those that would benefit most, we offer extended practical training over 3 days.
Work Placement
A 3 week, London Living Wage paid placement at one of our 8 London cafes.
Employee Referral
A network of employment partners to provide longer term job opportunities.
