We're an SCA-accredited training centre in London. Our courses are small, hands-on and run on the same machines and coffees we use in our cafés. You'll spend most of your time behind the bar, not in front of slides.

Meet your trainer: Goiuri
Goiuri has spent more than a decade in coffee and has trained over 350 people, from complete beginners to working baristas. She's an Authorised SCA Trainer (AST), which means she's assessed and certified by the Specialty Coffee Association to teach and examine its courses.
She teaches the way good baristas work: hands-on, precise, and without fuss. Expect less theory for its own sake and more time on the machine, with someone who can tell exactly why your shot ran fast and how to fix it.
